GREEN IS THE NEW BLACK

A while back I did some illustrations for a book called
'Green is the new Black' (hodder) by Tamsin Blanchard
and its just been released, I'm really pleased with the way they have used my drawings the attention to detail is fantastic, down to the silver embossed bird on the hard jacket - very pleasing. As part of the launch I designed a t-shirt print that you can download and print yourself.
you can nosy it here

LOVELY RITA

7 WEEK OLD RITA HAS A BATH
All the babies had a great time, they sleep so well in the great outdoors. Definitely would reccomend a bell tent if you've got babies - A pleasure to be in and plenty of space for hanging out in the day when its too hot outside for them, changing nappies, etc.

FUN STUFF

check this out, sounds like fun!

"CAMP at a Forest Holidays’ New Forest site and you can now enjoy “Deerwatching at Dusk” and “Batty over Bats”. These are just two of the in-forest activities now available thanks to the appointment of two dedicated campsite rangers. Chris Smillie and Buffy Harris-Jones have been recruited to organise activities for all age groups and ability levels and, if you visit one of the 10 Forest Holiday sites in this area, their knowledge and advice is at your disposal. Chris and Buffy are organising woodland nature and discovery walks that explore natural habitats. Many of the walk-and-talk sessions are for people who prefer to take life at a leisurely pace and some of the events are for children, accompanied by an adult. These include a bushcraft session in which they are shown how to build a woodland shelter, make nettle tea and make a compass out of a needle and cork."
