I'll second Downshay Farm. Loved it to pieces. Very much like Eweleaze Farm. Good points; great view all the way to Corfe Castle; no real rules, just respect, the wonderful Swanage steam railway, Harmans Cross within a short walk; lovely walk to Corfe Castle, Swanage; good new washing facilities; local seafood; good pubs in the area; caravans kept separate from tents & campervans; the swimming pool is the sea at Swanage; no club house; quiet at night, nice sunsets over the castle; foraging on walks.

Downsides are few. No campfires; you got to be quick if you want a paper from the shop that drives in every morning.
