Great facilities, great location - watch out for the midgies! This is a really big campsite with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of space for games as well. Avoid camping under the trees as that's were the midgies are at their worst. The shop sells repellent and other basics which is useful. Be warned - the nearest pub is a mile or two away (although if you choose Cropton you will be rewarded with a good ale pub - it has its own brewery - and a lovely beer garden)
