It is a very windy campsite - we snapped a tent pole! There are good views out to sea, but there are too many negatives to make it worth visiting. There was a lot of rubbish left around the site and in the hedgerows. The toilet facilities are wholly inadequate for the capacity of the site. There is one toilet per sex and one unisex toilet. There is also one shower per sex, however if you wish to use the shower it involves either letting everyone see you showering or locking the door to the toilets, therefore only leaving the unisex toilet in use. Also the unisex toilet is located where the hot water is available for washing up. Considering this site can take at least 100 pitches, I would expect better facilities for the £4/person/night. The owner was very arrogant when asked why the facilities were so poor, and was clearly only interested in raking in the money, rather than improving standards for campers. I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay in the area.
