Just returned from a lovely weekend in Tom's Field, Godshill. Very friendly atmosphere - we were two couples and were allocated two great pitches in the copse area of the site where we could enjoy the view (when the weather allowed) undisturbed...on the main part of the site families were able to then let their children have more freedom - everyone's a winner! A mobile shop visits each morning and the toilet/shower facilities are more than adequate. Given a recycling bag on arrival and bricks for BBQ's...overall very impressed by efficiency that still managed to feel totally laid back. Our weekend was a wet one, but there are plenty of good pubs and distractions in the vicinity and beautiful surroundings. Site only open on the weekends, but well worth it!
