Nice campsite. Not overcrowded with fab views to the peaks. Toilets are basic to say the least and I didn't even attempt the shower - only 1 for the whole campsite. It was full when I was there and smelt a bit. Worth it though for the location. The road up is pretty bumpy so be warned if you have a low boy racer car. Walks from the campsite were great - we walked the ridge to Mam Tor and hollins cross over to castleton and then next day did the Kinder Scout horseshoe. Huge plus point is that you can have bacon sandwiches (or sausage or egg etc) in the morning.
