"spectacular position with the panoramic views of Three Cliffs Bay, Voted 'Best view in Wales' by the Country Life Magazine, July 2002. It is situated at the cliff top with its own private path to the beach. There is also a public path which is easier but a longer descent, to enjoy the beautiful golden sands. There are also some 52 acres of cliff-land which is ideal to exercise dogs. We welcome families and couples, and enjoy a warm friendly atmosphere with many visitors returning year after year."

I went with a few friends at the start of last summer. It filled up quickly and was an amazing campsite. Perfect in lots of ways- good little shop on site, showers good, close to the beach and the dunes. however, they were VERY strict with noise- and I saw them throw someone off site at midnight because they raised their voice when walking back to their tent.... we were threatened with the same if we strummed on our guitar. A shame, as it advertises itself as being open to groups and not just families.... but at what cost?? I would recommend it as the atmosphere was great- really sociable and beautiful just BE QUIET at night!

AWFUL!!!! Stayed at 7 sites around Wales and this was the worst by far!!! Checked in at reception and was charged for a large tent, our friends arrived 10mins later and got charged for a small even though they were the same size. We were then told we had to see the warden and passed a piece of paper with our name on to pass on just to prove we'd booked... Even though we'd paid and been given a wooden block to attach to the tent. It was raining and very wet and we'd come from a wet woodland so were pretty soaked but the warden spent the next half an hour deciding where we could go and was very put out that our friends were stuck in traffic so hadn't arrived with us!!!! We said we didn't mind being away from the views but even that was a problem. Eventually she showed us to a corner spot but told us we had to be tent, car, tent, car for health and safety... Although nobody else seemed to be!!!! We started to put the tent up but again was approached by someone else to say it needed moving! I was not pleased!!! We eventually got set up and went for some lunch. When we returned we realised we'd been put right next to several families with very young children. Not ideal as we are young couples. So we wouldn't disturb anyone we headed to the beach for a fire and wine, which was really nice although not strictly allowed, and the cliff walk back up was pretty interesting late at night! The beach is pretty amazing its just a shame this site pretty much has the monopoly on it. Showers are 30p each for tokens that are cold for the first half of the 6 allocated mins so you have to go back out into the main block to put the second token in... Soap running everywhere! You can only hire their freezer blocks too. We were woken at 6.30am both days by the families being so close, and quite disrespectful of people without kids, on day 2 the owner decided to mow his private lawn behind us at 8am... No going back to sleep then!! Strictly no fires. No noise. No fun! Far too regimented for my liking... I wouldn't say its a happy campers site at all!!!
