Alas no piccies (cant find them after a recent computer meltdown), but a thoroughly enjoyable weekend on an absolutely spotless, beautiful and delightfully rural site. The night we were there the owners family organised a "glo-stick grab" party for the young stock and the games went on for hours, as did our campfire! Shame the marshmallows didnt last so long! Most excellent shower block and facilities and great tolerance shown to our Labrador who got away from us and helped himself to the site owners BBQ!! Ooops! Cant recommend The Orchard highly enough, it has a tick in all boxes!! Sarah.

This campsite is just fabulous! Our family group of 5 adults and 3 kids had a fantastic time. We set up our badminton net in the large open area in the middle and burnt off enough calories to justify the 6 bottles of wine we drank around the campfire that evening! We will be returning with our cricket kit next time and maybe 8 bottles of wine!!

Just got back from two nights at this site, really relaxed atmosphere, great campfires, friendly people, good facilities, I highly recommend it.

Fantastic Suffolk Site.

Simple quiet campsite with plenty of room to play camp games! Close to A12 for easy access to rest of Suffolk. Rendlesham forest worth a visit.

we had just finished our GCSE's and myself and my friends wanted to go away on a camping trip and celebrate. we chose to go to the orchard campsite because they allowed 16 year olds to camp without adult supervision, something a large amount of other sites didn't. the facilities are basic but perfectly adequate and you can borrow bbq's for free or even make your own campfire, which is great fun.i am so pleased that we decided to persuade our parents to taxi us to suffolk instead of anywhere else as i can't recommend the place highly enough. everyone is extremly friendly and helpful and you feel really welcome in the relaxed atmosphere. love ellie and the camping gang xxx

This campsite is wonderful! Lovely setting and atmosphere, friendly people....the glowstick grab and sausages cooked on the open fire were two highlights of many, as well as seeing our 2 year old following big cousins and assorted other children around the campsite feeling very independent. (see pic for Indiana Jones moment) If you are a family with small children you might want to ask who will be pitched nearby, as the site has a 'welcome all' policy - we started out next to a large, v. young and v. loud group and ended up moving for sleep and sanity's sake.
