The really good campsite guide is an online resource for all your favourite UK campsites. Hundreds and hopefully soon thousands of happy campers are at this moment adding their memories, snapshots and highly valued opinions of the best campsites in Britain (and hopefully one day, the world! - one thing at a time though guys!)
as well as listing the facilities a campsite has we will also include those things that make your camping experience so special like whether the campsite allows you to have fires, or if it's near the sea, or whether dogs are allowed
We highlight both great campsites and not so great campsites in our directory so that you can make an informed decision about where you want to stay. Our guide is first and foremost non-profit making, campsites don't pay to be listed. It is all done through good old word of mouth - thats you that is!
So we need your help!
When you give us a review we just need to know the name, where it is and why you liked it (or in some cases why you didn't) If you have a funny/silly/embarrassing story that happened that would be great too. You don't have to give us all the details like how many pitches there are etc as we can find that out, just what made it special for you. You can also send us your photos, not only of the campsite itself but of the happy times you had there.
