"Humble Bee Farm is a Yorkshire Wolds working arable, sheep and cattle farm and extends to a stunning 320 acres. Its setting is ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and its beautiful location in the valley bottom is surrounded with wildlife. We offer all the pleasures of a peaceful, rural holiday whilst at the same time have the added bonus of our proximity to the North East Coast and the seaside resorts of Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington and Whitby. Along the southern boundary of the farm runs the Wolds Way Footpath, whilst the farm contains 6-metre grass strips round each field were you can walk and see the unspoilt dry Dales and stunning views. Recently we have attracted a lot of surfers to our site as it is close to the coast and we have a beautiful and natural environment to chill out and enjoy. The caravan and camping site is set in a quarter acre secluded field and has space for 5 Tourers/ Motor homes and 20 Tents"

"Our site is a 2.5 acre level flat field with room for five motor homes or small caravans and about fifty pitches for tents. The site is in approx 1000 acres of woodland with a small river at one side just down an embankment. There is also a disused railway line at the other side which is now called the Calderdale Way a lovely walk that cuts through the woods from Sowerby Bridge to Ripponden .We have three toilets , two hot showers and a washing up sink we have just had installed .We have portaloo emptying facilities for caravans .We do allow campfires but we do stress that a fire must be raised off the ground so that the grass is not burnt. Some old raised barbeques are provided for this purpose depending on availability.Dogs are allowed if they are quiet and friendly"

"The 20 acre site is specifically designed to be low impact and environmentally aware of this area of outstanding beauty. With this in mind, the camping is low energy (oil lamps and fairy lights), low pollution (no nasty chemicals or generators) and respectful to wildlife (the quieter you are the more chance you have of seeing the deer). Our showers are in a converted byre and the compost loo is in a vintage wooden shepherds hut. We like to hope that being green does not mean you can't be comfy, have a laugh or eat chocolate cake. The site has a limited number of visitors at a time, making it undercrowded. We hope you find it a fantasy land full of nostalgia, romance and all things kitsch, camp and bohemian. There are vintage and classic caravans including chrome Roma's full of etched glass, a converted truck with woodburner and a tipi with decadent interior. Each van is furnished in keeping with it's theme and includes funky decorations, vintage fabrics and kitsch items chosen to make you smile
The ethos of the campsite and its setting makes it an ideal place for groups, special celebrations and small parties.
We have placed our caravans in a wonderful setting surrounded by woodland in areas with space between them. We then have a central meeting point in a beautiful red and white striped circus style marquee heated for night-time get-togethers. We have an open fire pit and can provide spiced cider or mulled wine ingredients along with big cauldrons to warm them in"

Located within the Bishopdale, on the banks of the Bishopdale Beck and facing Pen Hill, it is the perfect place to escape, falling asleep and waking to the sound of running water and the breeze rustling through the trees. Westholme captures the very essence of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and places you perfectly to experience everything that over 1,773 square kilometres of England’s finest countryside has to offer."
